Vaughan Buckley
Founder, Managing Partner
Vaughan founded VMX RE in 2021 and brings 12 years of modular development experience. In that time Vaughan has overseen development of more than $1B in real estate utilizing modules designed, manufactured and/or assembled under his direction. Vaughan has received global awards for leadership & growth. An MBA in International Business and a law degree augment Vaughan’s strategic vision.
Michael Palmer
Partner
Michael has 10+ years of experience in commercial and multi-family development. He brings a diverse background in construction management, architectural engineering, building products, PropTech investing, and prefabrication having held various positions at Sidewalk Labs, Agya Ventures, Dow Chemical, and DuPont. Michael holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Ryan Briglia
Associate
Ryan has 2+ years of multi-family development experience and brings a unique perspective to the VMX RE team with a diverse background that includes 6+ years of consulting and prior service as an Army Officer. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Penn State and a master’s degree in real estate development from FIU.
